   • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
   • Certain products (e.g., sale items, personal care items) are non-refundable unless defective.

   • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
