• Observe the pulse and breathing rate when injecting intravenously.

  • Cattle, Horses: 0.3 – 0.5 ml per 5 kg of body weight.

  • Calves, Pigs: 0.5 – 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight.

  • Sheep, Goats: 1 – 1.5 ml per 5 kg of body weight.

  • Dogs, Cats: 1.5 – 2 ml per 5 kg of body weight.
